The following terms and conditions ('Terms of Use') are applicable to your use and purchase of products (collectively, 'Use') of TrueWestHats.com (the 'Site'). Your Use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use.

Unless otherwise noted, the design of the Site, the Site as a whole and all materials that are part of the Site (collectively, 'Contents') are copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property of True West Hats. Any use of the Contents without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
We welcome your comments and feedback regarding our Site, our products and our services. All comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, materials, information and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to True West Hats using this Site or otherwise (collectively, 'Comments') are not confidential and will become and remain True West Hats property. The disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments will constitute an assignment to True West Hats of all worldwide rights, titles and interests and goodwill in the Comments without payment of any compensation. Comments submitted by must not violate any right of any third party, and must not contain any libelous, abusive, obscene or otherwise unlawful material.
Merchandise Availability
Merchandise availability on our Site is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via email or by phone. You can always verify availability by calling Customer Service at (970) 261-1295. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items have shipped.
Product Information
The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise indicated. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
Promotions and Discounts
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
All offers and discounts are limited to inventory on hand; rain checks are not available; special orders are not applicable. Not valid on prior purchases, gift cards, taxes or shipping. Consumer must pay applicable sales tax. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered. Void where prohibited taxed or otherwise restricted. Returns of any portion of the purchase will require equal forfeiture of the offer or amount equal to offer. True West Hats has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time. Other restrictions may apply.
SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAYS & CONTESTS
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States. Participants must be 18 years or older at time of entry into a True West Hats Social Media Giveaway or Contest (“Giveaway”).
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, participants must follow the rules as outlined in the corresponding Giveaway post on Facebook and/or Instagram and complete by date and time posted.
PRIZE: One (1) Winner will be chosen at random by the Sponsor to win the Prize outlined in the corresponding post on Facebook and/or Instagram. There is only one Winner per Giveaway, not per social media platform. Any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the Prize not specified are the responsibility of the Winner.
PRIZE NOTIFICATION: For all Giveaways, the Winner will be announced by the Sponsor on the True West Hats Facebook page and/or @truewesthats on Instagram feed on the date and time specified in the corresponding Giveaway post. After announcement Sponsor will private message Winner via Facebook and/or Instagram with acceptance instructions. Winner must accept prize by specified time. To accept prize, Winner must reply to the private message from the Sponsor including their First and Last Name, Email Address and Phone Number in the message body. If the Winner does not accept the Prize by the specified date, another winner will be chosen by the Sponsor. Winner contact information is for Sponsor use only and will not be shared, sold or provided to third parties or mailing services per True West Hats Privacy Policy.
No purchase or obligation necessary. A purchase does not improve chances of winning.
All True West Hats Social Media Giveaways or Contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, either Facebook or Instagram. Participants are providing information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram.
