What an experience, i walked into the shop hoping to fibd the right thing and everyone was so welcoming and helpful, the hat is beyond all my exoectations, ill be back.

Beautiful and sturdy hat. Looks great with any outfit, took less than 15 hours of wear to mold to my head shape and I get may compliments on it.

The customer service in the store while trying the different hats, colors, bands was great. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was difficult or a pain for being indecisive and taking my time. Such good quality and craftsmanship. The fit is perfect. And it came faster than they originally thought it would.

I went in to the store in Sedona and the owner helped me pick the right style, color and size. Being from Minnesota we don't wear western hats often so all the help was very much appreciated. The hat showed up when they said it would and they even included a personalized note! GREAT hat. Well made and exactly what I was looking for.
I have a couple of Stetsons which I like, but never quite how I would like them. This hat is exactly what I was looking for as I wanted it. Color, size, brim width, etc. for the same price as a Stetson. Well made and a joy to work with owner. I would highly recommend men True West Hats to anyone who is a true hat wearer.

The shape was entirely wrong despite my bringing in my favorite hat to show the order taking person who supposedly took specific notes. (NOTE: The company sent me a review survey BEFORE I had even picked up my hat! So you can see where their intent is...$$$$$) So unhappy with it! I had to stay at the shop for 30+ minutes while (luckily!) a guy who knows how, tried to reshape it multiple times on a steamer. I was told to wear it for at least an hour, and it would shrink to fit my head perfectly. NOT!! Today, I turned to get out of my car, and my too loose fitting VERY light colored hat ROLLED across the hot asphalt parking lot, and covered itself in dark dirt/stain splotches!!!! I'll be contacting them tomorrow for sure! A wasted $450!!! And at that price point, I really thought it was going to be a fabulously custom special hat. Today, I just bought a MUCH better fitting hat at TRACTOR SUPPLY for $34.99!!!! VERY unhappy customer. I will be asking for a full refund. (If they can get it clean, they can try to resell it to someone else that it MIGHT fit.)

great place to buy hat came back california friends family love and asked where I bought it I told them family own shop Sedona wife.measure my head husband made to perfection.

We stumbled on this wonderful store while visiting Sedona. We ended up buying 4 hats for my wife, daughter and me. They were able to customize them for our taste. They are attractive, stylish and functional. I'm sure we will order more in the future.
