True West Hats is evolving, yet again! We are closing our Sedona retail store and will be focusing on Online sales, exclusive offerings of pop-ups, private parties, trunk shows, hatmaking classes, and some private label and wholesale.
We will still have our production facility and are very excited to continue to make small batch, high quality hats. The pace of our business and the retail and production being separated has put stress on ourselves, our kiddos, our health, and our availability to our extended family. We are ready to re-invent the way we are living and pursue a more balanced and passionate life. A re-invention we find ourselves in about every 5-7 years.
We are equally as excited to pursue more passion projects - like running a capital campaign for our children's school building (https://runningriverschool.org/pages/learningtodayleadingtomorrow), and consulting with others to help make their dreams come true, or putting beautiful spaces together, one of Charlie’s super powers.
As a family, we always will go in to the studio and make and plan on keeping our equipment, however, if you have been waiting to order… now might just be the time to get your custom hat order in before our attention and passions take us full time elsewhere.

If you have a group visiting Sedona and want to host a private Pop-Up or Trunk Show, get in touch! We need at least 1 month to prep. Minimum will be 4 purchasing guests to plan a private event.
