Pure Beaver Fine Felt Hats is what we call, "Our Generational Hat," it lasts generations!  We often are entrusted with people's grandfathers pure beaver hat to refurbish and re-size.  This is not a throw-away hat!  Our Pure Beaver fur is first wet felted in to a hat body, we then; iron, sand, sew, and steam shape creating a hat that is of ultimate quality! This hat holds its shape and is incredibly soft and extremely durable at the same time.  It is the ultimate material for the BEST hat.  

The inside band is a high quality leather band that molds to your head.  If you don't see one in your size or style, we will custom make it for you!  These hats can be completely customized with color, brim size, crown shapes, and trim, making them truly YOUR hat! We make these hats one-by-one using steam, pressing, sanding, and hand-shaping with each.
